AFE POWER BLADERUNNER INTERCOOLER TUBES: 2007-2013 BMW 335I (E9X)

aFe Power announces new BladeRunner intercooler tubes for the 2007-2013 BMW 335i (E9x) with the L6-3.0L (tt/t) N54/N55 engines. In testing, the BladeRunner intercooler tube outflowed the stock intercooler tube by 16%. These BladeRunner intercooler tubes are available for the cold side of the intercooler. These cold side tubes are constructed from mandrel bent 3” aluminum tubing for maximum flow and decreased turbulence. The tubes are powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance and incorporate billet aluminum factory style quick-connect adaptors that interface with the factory throttle body. These kits include 5-Ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and high quality stainless steel clamps for strength, durability, and a leak-free seal (also sold separately). Finally, to finish off the intercooler tubes, an aluminum laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive look.

Mandrel-bent Tubing

Constructed of 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing then powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth transition mandrel bends decrease turbulence which increases horsepower and torque while lowering EGT's. The high-temp wrinkle-black powder-coating insulates the tube from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion.
